Technical Writing

While working for an international fintech, I authored all the company’s technical documentation for its suite of products geared toward enterprise data management for large-scale banks and financial institutions.

I wrote and produced our company’s suite of in-house training videos while creating and maintaining the library of technical, implementation, security, training, and disaster recovery guides.

I also co-developed and managed the company knowledge base (intranet Wiki).
